If an Evernote import did not look right
ClearNote keeps a report for every import. Open Settings → Your Data → Past imports, pick the import, and use Save Report as Text. Send that file. It contains counts, warnings and file names — no note content.
Two things worth knowing while you wait: your original .enex files were not modified, and re-running an import does not create duplicates.
If a note looks wrong
Open the note, then Note Info & History. Earlier versions are listed there and can be restored — including the version kept when two devices edited the same note. Imported notes also keep their untouched Evernote original, which you can save from the same screen.
If search is missing something
Search is a local index built from your notes, and rebuilding it is completely safe — it never touches the notes themselves. Settings → General → Rebuild Search Index.
Text inside scans and PDFs becomes searchable once ClearNote has read them, which happens in the background shortly after they are added.
Before you send anything
Please do not send note content unless it is the actual subject of the problem. A report, a screenshot with the sensitive parts removed, or a description is usually enough.
